National Aeromodelling Competition
Ignite young minds with the thrill of flight, innovation, and hands-on making. Explore aerodynamics, engineering design, and flying skills through structured competitions.
โ ๏ธImportant: Multiple categories are scheduled simultaneously in each time slot.
Please review the Day Plan before registering. You may register for only one category per time slot, which means you can participate in a maximum of 3 categories (one in each of the 3 slots). No refunds will be issued if you register for multiple categories scheduled in the same time slot.
Build and launch a catapult glider from unfinished provided parts. Teams are judged on craftsmanship, aerodynamic design, stability, flight duration, and technical understanding.
Assemble a rocket at the venue using the provided kit and compete on altitude, stable launch, flight stability, controlled descent, and design innovation.
Design and build an RC plane, submit the required abstract as the first round, and have the aircraft dynamics examined during the flight evaluation.
Demonstrate smooth take-off, controlled level flight, sortie manoeuvres, and a precise landing at the designated spot.
Answer basic drone viva questions, attend a safety orientation, and fly organizer-provided mini drones through landing and accuracy challenges.
Fly a venue-provided drone through takeoff, obstacle navigation, hover hold, and precision spot landing challenges.
